The hotel advertised a pool and gym with a full breakfast over Expedia and they accepted our reservation and failed to inform us of the changes they made to their services. There is no gym, no pool and a continental breakfast. We are paying the same price. The company is scamming money from its customers pockets and their employees have not been equipped with enough authority to remedy the situation.

I've stayed at so many hotels all over BC and again the customer service here especially from Sean alone is outstanding If you come here u should hope or try and speak with Sean. Great customer service

How delighted we were to be welcomed to your establishment by a professional and stylish young man by the name of Chase (aka know to us as Chad). Right from the get go, he made our experience extra special by that beaming wide smile of his and kind gentle demeanour. He made us feel so welcome and right at home. Any slight issues we may have had were swiftly and smoothly rectified by his quick action and response. Thank you to this young man for elevating our experience and making us yearn for the time that we can return to The Best Western West Kelowna Wine Country for another helping of Chase.

We would have questioned reducing a star due to renovations but they were planned and we were made aware, and simply the value of the room more than made up for it. Great prices, views of the golf course, service above and beyond.
C	Clara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had a wonderful stay and experience at this Best Western hotel. The front desk employee, Chase was welcoming when I checked in. Great customer service! The room was fully renovated and new. Room and bathroom was tidy and clean. Even though we knew the pool and breakfast room was closed due to renos. My kids still had so much fun at the room we stayed in. The area where the hotel is located is very safe. I don’t need to be worry with my car being vandalized. My family and I will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you for the hospitality.
L	Leslie Scilley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean large newly renovated room! Beds were comfy. Still construction around the hotel but not too much annoyance other than less parking! Pool area just opened after being renovated and kids loved it! Breakfast could be better especially for people with food allergies as someone who cant eat gluten or dairy I could only eat bananas and hard boiled eggs.
