★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The touchless wash was junk, first of all the dryer on the right hand side wasn’t even working. That’s not a big deal, but when I got out to take a look at how well the wash did it was completely uneffective. Furthermore I went to go and find someone to talk to to complain and ask for my money back or at least another wash credit and to my surprise there’s no one to be found nor a phone number to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved down to Kelowna from the Lower Mainland. We came down The Coquihalla on Saturday morning after the big snow.
Our charcoal colored Tuscon was now a nasty brown. The closest car wash was Andre's so off we went. The line ups went fairly quickly and for $13.00 we got the works. When we got out, the vehicle looked better than when we first bought it!
So, if you are looking for an automated car wash, give Andre's a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first pulled up the credit card swipe was not working, however after a couple of attempts, an attendant came out to help and was able to get me a great wash. $13 and my incredibly dirty car was nearly spotless! I am going back tomorrow with our other car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Window rim disclored by chemicals used at Andres Car Wash. They were black like the car from factory. Went through many carwashes all good. Then instantly got damaged at Andres. No web site, site attendant or way to get hold of company operating this car wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through the wash today. There were issues with the wash ahead of me and they reset the system. When it was my turn, I only got the standard wash ($9), despite having paid for the Platinum wash ($13).
The operator, Mel came out after and told me that's what I paid for, as that was what was in the system. I advised him I paid $13, he told me I didn't!!
REALLY, what a class act, arguing with the customer.
Why not, for goodwill, just give the customer a platinum wash when there are systems issues!!
