She works hard for you, researches and answers all of your questions, is prompt and very easy to deal with. I'm just glad she is considerably younger than I am so she doesn't retire before I need her again. She has helped me out with buying and selling.

She helped me sell my property in what might be considered the toughest Vancouver market we've seen in a decade and worked her butt off to do it. She held countless open houses, followed up with all that came to see it, promoted it on social media, and even came up with creative marketing strategies for attracting specific types of buyers. She also never complained about having to coordinate efforts with the tenant residing in the property, who wasn't always the most cooperative. Tori never made excuses or put blame on the market or the property. She kept a positive attitude and didn't lose hope. In the end, we found a fantastic buyer, whom Tori assisted as well, when their realtor no longer met their needs. It was no surprise that she was extremely prepared, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. Tori had excellent communication and provided regular updates and follow ups with potential buyers without us having to ask. She managed to sell our condo in a tough market due to ongoing strata legal battles in the building. Our sale was one of the only sales in the building recent months due to this, but Tori went the extra mile to understand the legal issues, communicate to potentially buyers and ultimately sell our condo.
