★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We biked the kabeyun portion of the trail (about 8km I believe), and then hiked to the top (22.4km, took us about 5hrs) I have never done the full hike, but I can imagine without bikes it would feel very long!... This trail is equal parts incredibly beautiful and exhausting. I am a fairly healthy, not incredibly out of shape person... But admittedly a little out of shape. I found this to be a huge challenge, but was still able to complete the hike alive. Haha.
