Gorgeous little gem on the North Shore, my dog and I thoroughly enjoyed hiking along the trail in Mid-October a few years ago. There were only a couple other people on the trail/in the area and it made for a very nice and secluded hike. Definitely recommend going early in the morning to get an amazing few of the sunrise on the surrounding area. The warm light in combination with the fall colors made for a spectacular view. Highly recommend checking the area out!

A highly recommended hike although it’s a jaunt to the trail from the main highway. There are two trails. A more challenging one and a nice flat one. The people who say this is medium in reviews probably took the more challenging one. I did a mix of both. Gets the heart rate up but not too bad. What a magnificent view. Have to pay for parking as it’s in a provincial park but worth it. Also tons of other trails to check out

A short hike to a really cool view. A bit of climbing on large rocks and lots of roots to get to the view.

Lovely spot to hang out with friends and family. Hiking this trail is easy to medium. Depends on season you are hiking. Have public toilets in the parking lot. Please make sure you get a parking ticket as the park officers are very active. Enjoy

Keep in mind it's a pretty good hike and will take about an hour -1.5 hours. You will scale rocks and the trail is poorly marked so make sure you use the bathroom, bring plenty of water and wear good shoes.

Nice trail but no clear markings. We took 20 minutes but our neighbor with two young children said they took 2 hours. Around 1 km one way. Moderately hard but nice views.

Shares the same parking lot and ~750 meters of the same trailhead as Sleeping Giant and many other routes in the SW region of the park. The trail itself is about ~400 meters long (one direction) and passes by a nice stony beach area. Park staff should expand the guard railing as too many fools think they deserve the right to climb out onto the rock formation.

Great trail! Short but not flat or boring. Could be marked better, only saw a handful of the markers at the very beginning of the trail and then nothing after, ended up climbing up on some large rocks on the right before taking the trail on the left and walking before finding the sea lion information sign by the end. Great view and fun trail! Would definitely recommend.
