★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here if you can avoid it. They are sneaky about cleaning fee. They don't state there is one when renting. When you return they say there is a minimum of 25 dollars. For a compact stump grinder they charged me 50 dollars. Very terrible. Rental of unit was 119 dollars. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented a Gas power - Generator from the rental portion of Home Depot. They rented out the unit with 0 gas in it. The generator wouldn’t even start as the unit was so dry. Luckily I had a jerry can with some gas in it to get it going, even after that it took about 15-20 pulls to get it to start. I don’t care that it wasn’t full, but how do you rent something out with no way to use it.
Secondly, Mr. Employee, maybe don’t roll your eyes if the customer doesn’t want to purchase the Home Depot rental insurance; it’s not a good look for you.
