Tony was very great. I am very happy with the service provided by both the office staff, as well as the service technicians. I was not home at the time of the visit, but Tony was sure to call me and not only explain my options, but explain what the root of the problems and how they could been avoided as well. I felt comfortable doing business with him as he didn't try to upsell or pressure me into any services that were not needed. Overall, great experience and definitely will be my #1 guy to call (should be yours too!) :) Thanks Tony!!

Tony has fixed our dryer three times over three years (for different things). He is always very professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy! And does a great job at a reasonable price! Tony is our Go To Repairman for any appliance issues and we would highly recommend him!

Tony diagnosed my ice maker as broken and had to be replaced, he pre charged me for the replacement of of two switches on my range and replacement of new ice maker. I defrosted the old one and it has been working just fine since June. When Tony showed up with my new ice maker, he insisted that it needed to be replaced because it had frost on it and this is a frost free fridge. He was quite addiment that it need to be changed. When I told him no, he wasn't going to change a functioning ice maker he got quite upset and grabbed his tool box and his apprentice and stormed out of my house. He hasn't been at all cooperative since and hasn't repaid the installation fee. Be careful what you prepay for. In answer to your last post, I have just one question; If you replaced one ice maker then why do I still have two ice makers in my cupboard? I stand by my first post. You replaced two switches on my stove and then attempted to change the ice maker, I said no.

Love it when I find a friendly, honest, fair and knowledgeable company. These guys are awesome, from office staff to the repair technicians. Highly recommend these guys for repairs and refurbished appliance purchases.

Tony is a great professional to deal with. Knowledgable, great communicator, and excellent customer service along with Julie. My dishwasher not leaking anymore, and they kept me updated on the parts status as they were delayed. Also, great awareness of COVID 19 safety measures.

Tony and his Apprentice were great. They diagnosed the issue of noise and poor draining immediately and went to work repairing the pump after they emptied it. Out came a total of $7.20 in coin and torn bill. Then Tony notices a bend in the frame which led him to investigate further and conclude that the machine had been dropped from a height at some time. As rivets were missing he drilled and replaced them with nuts and bolts. I now have the quietest machine That I never had before and one that does the job at a reasonable level of noise. Thank you Tony and Company! The office contact was terrific in that she was right on with arrival time and estimated cost.

Tony and his son responded in a timely manner to my call requesting service of my washing machine. They were very professional and quickly diagnosed the problems. The parts were ordered and Tony was back the next week to install the parts. The parts were name brand high quality parts. Both Tony and his son were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I paid up front for all the parts and two service visits so there were no surprises. They were on time and I appreciated that they texted to keep me informed of when they would be arriving. It is so nice to have qualified, dependable, and reliable people to call for appliance repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Yesterday, near end of business day, I called in and left a voicemail. Today, I promptly received a callback, but missed it. After some phone tag, I sent the number a text and connected with Julie. It's great to be able to connect to a business via text, as we were able to converse about a convenient time and she was expecting my call. She was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. It was clear that she cared, and quickly walked me through some remote troubleshooting while we were together on the phone. In no time at all, she was able to isolate the problem down to a switch that was turned off, and the electrical issue that I thought I was having was resolved. Julie then went on to answer a few of my questions including: explaining some guidelines to look for when considering the purchase of a new appliance, reliable brands, etc. Very informative and patient. Awesome. Overall, what I found most impressive was how she helped me troubleshoot before rolling a service call. She saved me money, fixed the issue immediately, and earned a lifetime customer for being honest. Thanks, Julie and the rest of the team at Tony's Repair Medic Appliance Services!
