★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CJ was fantastic he was very good at helping me transfer my phone information from old phone to new.He also put a guaranteed screen saver on for me as supplied me with all the accessories that I needed.I enjoyed our conversations during this time.I would like to thank CJ for such excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m out of country and needed an esim. I called and then sent my 80 year old mom in to pick up what I needed. Not only did she get good service in the store but I was sent an email with pics of the esim and the instructions on how to set it up direct from CJ. Awesome customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to see what I would need to swap an elderly family member’s phone over to my family plan with telus. I was told incomplete information so the following visit, when I had everything prepared -that the staff member said I would need- and was told there would be issues porting the number over because I didn’t have all necessary information. Staff acted as if this process is easy, common knowledge. I am paying a $60 customer care fee and all that was provided to me was incorrect information and poor service. Awful experience. Won’t be back.

If I’ve had to wait, the friendly staff always acknowledge me when entering the store. Melany, CJ and Brittany make a great team, 5 stars!!

Melany Turnbull was most helpful and I left with two new I-phones, and a new I-pad. The data was transferred over to our new phones, helpful hints for managing my phone services, and extraordinary patience with my endless questions and requests.
A most satisfactory experience and if I have further questions I am able to stop in any time for more help.
