I ordered online and forget my card at home. I have the card on my phone (Apple Pay); however, he didn’t accept it and cancelled my order. ( it’s the same credit card)
Not that I wasted gas or anything it’s 5 mins, but I don’t think I’ll be there anymore.

Went home and tried to smoke it and the joint would not smoke. Completely clogged. Tried everything on it to loosen it up. (I’m aware this is not an exclusive problem to their location and is more supplier related , but it was the worst clogged pre roll I’ve ever experienced)
I Took it back to the store in its original package and was told that’s just the way they are. No refund, no exchange, just a sassy attitude and was told to go home and re roll it. I guess they forgot why I bought It in the first place lol. I’ll be sure to go to any dispensary but this one for a long time. Thanks.
why not just send it back to supplier? Or mention it’s an issue to them?

The store is beautiful but sometimes sometimes the staff forget my purchases on the counter and I realize when I get home and sometimes they forget my high roller discount (which is a great rewards program and definitely worth joining).
