Best place to go for braces (I know from experience, and I know lots of people who went there, and teeth are amazing)

Overall pretty good. Dr. Clarke explains things very well and is quite personable. He has some good staff and some terrible staff who couldn't care less about and are incredibly rude at times, it's hit or miss with the staff...

I would like to recommend Capital Orthodontics to everyone as they have the best techniques to provide you with the best service. I needed braces and it was difficult to accept, but they have made it easier for me. I can definitely say that they have made my experience a positive one. Thank You!!

Update on Aug. 22, 2018. Have lower side retainer totally replaced and repaired. Hope it can last longer this time. As it costs me 3 hours on the road and guess staff here don't like to see me that frequent. LOL Plus, I'm here to delete partial original review as I promised last Thursday. Appreciate Capital's patience this time, but I can only increase the score to 4 stars. Well I have soft heart. This is the best I can do, otherwise it won't be fair to other clinics which always treat their patients fair. I have a part time job as Sushi chef, when I was preparing this customer's order, there always were customers waiting. But this doesn't mean I can make a plate terrible sushi to current one as he/she has already paid. Serve each customer fair and nice no matter their gender and skin color is how you won't have your conscience hunt you at mid of night. Well, if you have one (conscience). ＝＝＝original review＝＝＝＝ Today, Aug. 15, 2018. I went there to have my retainer repaired the third time around 1p.m. Now it's 9:30p.m., the one which was fixed this afternoon broke again! PLUS another 2 next to it! I should have seen this coming when the assistant who fixed it talking to another assistant: “I have my patient waiting outside. I don't know why I'm here.” Excuse me??? So I am no longer a patient of clinic after finish all the payments? We signed a agreement which says there are TWO years warranty for retainer after remove my braces!!! (While I just took off my braces on June 27, 2018) I have been eating noodles since first one broken and changed into waterpic. If it's also because of my bruxism, while I haven't sleep since this afternoon. I am always polite to everyone there for the last 1.5 years, and hoping I would be treated the same way back. But it seems I received the opposite.... Or are you treat me like this because you are a ******？ So trust me, I won't come to you for a single time after this 2-year warranty!

This is the best orthodontist office to work with. My daughters teeth look wonderful and have corrected her over bite. I highly recommend Dr. Clarke and all of his team. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I would like to pass on to everyone that I had my invisalign at Capital Orthodontics. I was very pleased with the outcome as well as all my visits to this office. Upon coming in the reception was always friendly and welcomed me back. The ladies in the back were always willing to give me that extra time when I had any questions. The whole team in this office really seems to enjoy their jobs and the connections they make with their pts. Dr. Clarke was always on hand for my visits and always gave me that encouraging little talk. I have referred my friends to this office and will also be bringing my grandchildren for their dental care. A pretty smile is so important and that’s exactly what I received from this office.

All my family and friends go here, and I can understand why. Capital Orthodontics provides exceptional service and truly care about the treatment process. Dr. Clarke and the staff are outstanding, and very welcoming. Overall, its a very friendly environment and I recommend going here for the perfect smile 10/10
