★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay has completed tire repair and seasonal swaps for me several times now.
I used a different mobile tire outfit previously, but their high trip charges, inferior product offering and booking system left much to be desired.
I work in real estate and am in construction areas, which is a nightmare for tires. To boot, our extreme weather can often lead to corrosion with salt and debris on roads.
Jay has come with as little as an hour notice via a phone call or text, and completed the work with an attention to detail and service level that even the biggest chains can’t deliver on.
Appointments are preferred, but he’s helped out numerous times, squeezing me into his schedule for emergency repairs and service... without having to drive on a bad tire to a shop, and coordinating transportation to and from, or waiting for your vehicle at a shop. Have a coffee, continue about your day at your home or office while Jay works diligently on your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay was super accommodating and helpful! I had a chunk of metal in my tire and he was able to get it patched. He went out of his way to pop by my house and get the rim/tire back onto my car while I was working! Definitely going to use him again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a flat while out showing some homes (I’m a realtor) and called AMA. They wouldn’t fix the tire as it was too close to the edge so they installed the spare. I searched Google Maps for “tire repair” and Jay and his Tire Crew company came up on the search and he was only 2 mins from where I was. He was leaving for an appointment but he said he’d wait. When I arrived Jay was very courteous and polite and got right to business and took my flat tire and fixed it. Balanced it and put it back on the car and away I went. Jay was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to call him. He is amazing and best of all he only charged me $40.
I know who my new “tire guy” is from now on and his name is Jay with the TireCrew!

Mounted and Balanced and changed out summer tires, even marking them with LF etc. Torqued. Will definitely refer to others! Thank you so much for your professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay saved me hours of running around last night. Out of desperation I called TireCrew Mobile Tire Service to see if I could get a replacement tire for a flat rear passenger tire.
Jay was super helpful and called his distributors. In the end I got two new Pirelli Centurato's to replace my worn Michelins.
Great service, decent price for a premium winter service call -17C, very knowledgeable staff, excellent turn-around time. Jay also kept me notified, a rare thing these days.
I would not hesitate to call Jay again. Just call Jay!
