R	Rozy Virani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people working here I just went there before 10 mins and this is how they cut my bagel and French vanilla and our other order we did was not well made lady working drive thru counter today at 6.15 did behave really bad as she was repeating order was way too fast we asked her to slow down so she didn’t responded and eventually we departed order… I didn’t had option to give 0.5 stars.. manager/ owner here should teach employees how to do cx service.. please train ur employee to be nice…

I waited approximately 5 minutes before my order was taken even though numerous staff members walked past me with no acknowledgment. The staff were talking very loudly (yelling). I was not sure if they were talking to me, talking to themselves or talking to the drive through speaker. My order was not complicated, 1 small and 1 large candy cane hot chocolate but the customer that entered after my order was taken got his order (baked goods) filled before me. After another long wait I rec'd my order to find one of the drinks tasted like brown water. I am not sure how these are made but this one was definitely short on flavour. As I mentioned above, we will NEVER visit this location again and will not be re-ordering this holiday treat.

Not only do they give extreme attitude at the speaker when you get to the window they practically throw your hot coffee and food at you. That’s if it’s even the correct food. My bagels are often burnt and barely cut. Today when I called to complain about being screamed at through the speaker the manager on duty hung up the phone. I’d recommend driving across the street to McDonald’s at least there you’ll get respected plus you’ll actually get what you ordered

Like come on I’m allergic to dairy and get to enjoy hives and cystic acne thanks to whoever is to lazy. What’s the point of offering milk substitutes when ur gonna use regular milk anyways and charge for it. Thanks

There was not enough to make a dozen. When asked I was told that the owner doesn't want to make too much because they have to throw them out. I am from out of town visiting my overnight team in Saskatoon. This is the 3rd Tim Hortons that I have stopped at...
