★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person on the drive thru was rude. I went specifically to Timmies for a latte and was told they are just cleaning their machine and no specialty drinks were available. Shouldn't cleaning be done during quiet times and not during rush hour? I ordered just a regular coffee, to which she repeated to get a medium size, should they not ask what size I would prefer instead of pushing me medium size? I then asked for the Chocolate Hazelnut muffin as it shows/ advertised on the board, she kept saying just " chocolate" to which I repeated " no I would like the chocolate hazelnut one" she kept repeating chocolate. If it is advertised on the board as Chocolate Hazelnut, then don't call it chocolate, because as a customer I am thinking you will give me a plain chocolate chip muffin.

No choice. My favorite coffee shop was closed. All u get at Timmy's is no taste junk food. Sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the worst experiences with a Timmys we have ever had. It started when ordering, the girl taking the order not only was very rude but kept interrupting us in the middle of our order to both go to another order, as well as to continually repeat the order before we were even done, which made the process take 5 times longer than necessary. We then pulled up to the window, the girl at the window was also extremely rude rolling her eyes at us as we drove away from the window. We then opened our order, all of the breakfast sandwiches looked like this…smashed together and falling apart. They also shorted us on a box of timbits with giving only 17 and not 20. The staffs attitude was completely unacceptable.
