The guy taking my order in the drive thru could not order right no matter how any times I corrected it and I went to the window and he still didn't have it write and charged me for all kinds of extra things including a drink that I did not order. After he refunded me for the drink I didn't order he told me to read the screen that I had already corrected him on three times because it wastes his time! He wasted my time and money on an order that was jot even correct in the end. Plenty of other locations in this town and I will never return to this one!
K	Kari Ivany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty establishment. Had to ask for a replacement bag as the one they gave me was torn. No boxes for donuts, only one size bag. So my donuts were squished. Could hardly understand the person helping me. Washrooms were out of order. Will not EVER stop here again!
J	James Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time. Location off highway closes ALL bathrooms for 45 minutes at a time to 'clean'. Several customers came in, questioned staff. Zero logic or customer service. Did not buy our coffee here, will go to the next down the road.

The restaurant itself and the washroom I used is filthy. Instead of making staff clean, a proper janitor should be in there cleaning. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen actually is. I don't believe this is staff's fault, this lands squarely on the owners shoulders. The filth has obviously been there longer than a few weeks. A huge clean needs to happen- walls, windows, chairs, the bathroom is disgusting.

Quick on time too. Not too cold, not too hot. Its just right. I love coffee from there. They have beat Starbucks without a doubt. The coffee at Tim Hortons is very good. It shows the true Canadian you are haha. Overall great place to have a visit with some friends
D	Dragonfly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at this Timmy’s on March 23 @ 8:44 am to pick up my mobile order, when I got home and started eating my bacon breakfast sandwich on a biscuit about halfway through it started to get crunchy and what I discovered was eggshells! These where not small! This is the fourth time it has happened! I am so tired of the horrible service and bad food from this Timmy’s! I tried to call and even stopped by and went inside to speak to a manager! I was told the managers are only there between 9 and 2 some days! I even went so far as to email head office and they told my someone from this Timmy’s would be calling me about eggshells a few months ago and never got the call! If I could give - stars they would get-100!

C	Charlotte Berghofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted time trying to stop here for coffee and a bathroom break. Staff blocked off all bathrooms. Said it was for cleaning but no one was in them. Several customers came in while the were there and all were very confused as to why they wouldn't at least leave the handicap stall open or just ladies, just men's etc. No logical conversation to be had. We decided to leave and will get our coffee down the road. They must do it often, notice the paint pulled off the wall from the taped sign, on the right.
