C	Colette Rees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not typically a Tim's fan but I have to say that this particular location is incredibly clean, bright and cozy. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee is what it is, sorry but I'm a Starbucks fan ??‍♀️ They're covid19 protocols are awesome! They are well staffed and keeping up with the constant stream of customers wanting to sit in store and enjoy themselves.
J	Jesse Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this place they mess up my order, even simple coffees are messed up after I clarify my order multiple times. On top of that the writing they do on the lids make it impossible to tell if it's right which it never is.
B	Bette P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and friendly service. The coffee was good and fresh muffins. Always clean. I just hope that customers will exit in the exit door not in the entrance door ( which was clearly labeled). Geez some people just doesn’t care and never read safety instructions.

As far as the food goes its great but if your in a hurry and would like to feel like your not a inconvenience for ordering your food find another location

I asked a lady that came out what the issue was, she said, "the have a employee who was sick so they are not letting people in." So should I be concerned about what I purchased at the drive thru?! Tim's are going g down hill fast!
X	X Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used mobile order. I expected to get my done when arrived. Waited around 12 minutes in store, after I asked for my order three times. Finally got my two cups of coffee. I could brew coffee for myself within five minutes. tons of crew members were walking behind counter with no body waiting in ordering line, no one cares about mobile order in this Tim place. The worst tim Horton in the neighbors.
e	elena van dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the best in the city. Unfortunately it's on my way to work, but I will go out of my way to avoid this, location in the future. They don't listen at the drive through. Twice now they've omitted the last order on my drive through, and I don't find out until I get to the window. "oh, they didn't charge you for - insert last item ordered". Frustrating.
J	Jelmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's a culture thing. Canadians are so enthusiastic about it and everybody goes here for breakfast. I personally think its a bit over rated but its fun to experience this Canadian thing! I had a bagel and a donut with maple syrup. Fun!
