A	Ashley June on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely have to stop by every day on my way to work, they always remember my order. Love it. However lately they have been really slow. Had to wait 15 mins in the drive through, and only 4 cars there.

And poor customer service Update November 12 2021 Vary vary poor quality farmers wrap this has happened multiple times everything was a mess can not eat it like a wrap have to eat it like a tossed salad that's how bad it was today and allot of other days . I have pictures and videos for proof. The staff must not be trained properly Nov 16th 2021 Breakfast sandwich biscut not toasted and bagels are smashed together this Tim Hortons and going down hill fast
M	Mark Vaxvick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to refuse to toast anything and will tell you you are wrong when you call them with untoasted breakfasts. I've been blamed multiple times for what i can only assume is there mistake, I wasn't in the kitchen. Super slow service, which begs the question why isn't anything toasted? You clearly had time... So then today I grabbed a bagel to take for lunch. It's noon and I just found out they didn't put on the cream cheese that I ordered. I was charged for it! At this point I can only blame myself for going back.

Just headed my stuffs and closed the window and idk if it automatic not hi nor thank you . I used to work at timmis and it was important to smile greet Serve say thank you that’s all! I mean I know some customers are rude but atleast it’s ur job

Most of the employee deserve the tip but some of them are hard of hearing I think because when I talk into the speaker for drive through they always get my order wrong.so what's up with that fix your speakers.

Management plays favorites and they make it harder for Canadian born employees to work there as they are always patronized and ridiculed. Don't waste your money here. Starbucks is better and nicer and worth the price
J	Joie Nazaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good, my order was fulfilled, though the reusable cup given to me had stagnant water to stay still on the open display shelf, it was dusty too, which is not sanitary. I would like to suggest on keeping the reusable cups that are for sale to be in an enclosed casing for display or keep them at the back of the store in storage.
