★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Time I stop in the staff work to the speed of "smell". Pack a lunch even if nobody is ahead of you in line. The staff serving will talk to eachother for 10-15 minutes pretending nobody is waiting to get served. After paying for you order of just a simple coffee. You would assume the staff will fulfill that order, but no a compulsory 5 min wait will be added to that coffee order. Infact it's best to tell the yapping staff you are in a bit of a rush to please make the simple coffee. Worst Tims Ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bacon grilled cheese melt and asked for double crispy, drove away 15 min. to realize I got uncooked bacon. Tired of this type of thing, I drove back waited again to ask for a replacement. When I got to the window the girl asks rudely "what was the problem". I tell her again and no sorry just a nasty response. Tim Hortons is known for this because they are counting on you not being able to come back.

Why do people order more than a simple meal in a drive through! They hold up everyone, they should go inside for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely Sunday night crew is my favourite. As today I came in this morning and got a belt and it was made wrong. I asked the morning staff to remake it and they gave me attitude. I came in later this evening when there was a new crew and they were sweetest and remade it for free. They had a lovely conversation with me and made my day much better.
