★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the hotel for a night to go ski at Le Massif the next morning. It was all around good experience. The room was as described and clean. I found that the shower was really small though and I'm not that tall (about 5'10) so it might be something to keep in mind if you're taller than this. Only one other thing annoyed me during our stay, is that our included breakfast didn't include service. I believe that if hotels want to include breakfast in a package, they shouldn't be allowed to call it free breakfast if gratuities aren't included in the voucher. Aside from that, it was a very nice stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean comfortable hotel. The gentleman who is the evening concierge had absolutely outstanding recommendations for activities and dining. There is snowmobile rental place right up the street Adventure Laurentine which could not have been more fun!! Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and rooms were pleasant and clean. The American breakfast included with our reservation was great! Although close to the downtown, it was in a somewhat industrial area with no sidewalks. So it wasn't very walkable to the lovely main street of Baie St. Paul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took off two stars because the amenities in the room are limited and the hotel staff have a cold, almost rude, attitude. I will definitely look for other accommodations next time when I return to the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was fine but the location of the hotel is rather too far from the restaurant/shops district without a vehicle. Hotel services were greatly reduced as well due to the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean. It was called renovated, but the sofa looked like it has seen better days. Loved the rad heaters, quiet and does not disturb your sleep. Down blanket kept us very warm. Very strange toilet which once flushed first appears to overflow (yikes).
Service is borderline rude. Employees treat the hotel like their own home, which is great for the employer, but quite the opposite for guests. Waitresses in the restaurant refuse to speak English. They act very stressed, huff and puff at any displeasure. Breakfast was "included" if you book direct, but hotel does not have a coffee / tea station in the lobby. Want a cup of coffee to wake up - drink the room coffee with coffee mate instead, or do what we did, go to the restaurant and ask for a cup of coffee - you will be greeted with so much attitude you will lose your appetite. Want to vent to the front desk about it? She will school you about it also.
Dear hotel - remember we are your guests not the other way around. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel ,,, I got a coffee I said I was ready to order and she said she was not the waitress so I waited the other waitress served other people so I left ,,,, I was told to wear my mask the manager walked around without his , plus some of his friends also ,,, the staff did there job they were just following orders
