M	MellyJay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just coming to look at the hours and website and got sidetracked by the horrible response left from the owner on a simple review expressing concerns by a guest who has every right to voice their poor experience. What I have heard about this man hasn’t been great to begin with and seeing his defensive response to a review is the most laughable move I’ve ever seen from a store owner. Take responsibility for your poor staff, don’t blame the customer for talking up about an experience you clearly weren’t there for.
S	Shel Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Corked on a Thursday night. They have live music on Thursdays after 7pm and on weekends after 9pm. The music was soothing and mellow...it really added to the quaint and rustic charm! For drinks, we had the Strawberry Fields and the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned. I kept stealing sips of the Gibby Smoked Old Fashioned...it was the perfect combination of aroma, sweet, and a little bit of heat/spice. To make it, the waitress had the glass over burning/smoking cedars then added the brown sugar maple syrup and bourbon over the ice ball. I would order that drink again and again! We also had the tacos and the loaded mashed potato bombs--both had perfect flavor and texture! The waitresses were courteous and prompt; very friendly. There are tons of seating options as well!

Something as simple as replenishing water had to constantly be asked for. I was honestly afraid to ask for anything in fear of waiting another hour for a simple item.
D	Dana Lust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location and they have so much potential! It’s a wine bar yet they had one rose available, no Sauvignon blanc, and limited Pinot Grigio. And actually no wine menu to even look at. It was very bright lighting for a Friday night wine bar. I love that they do live music but perhaps something a little quieter and less intrusive for such a small space. Can’t speak to the food at this time but I’ll be back and hopefully they can work on the cozy wine bar vibe that they used to have. Cheers!
T	Tracey Caldwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sad to say things have gone down hill. It used to be somewhere I enjoyed going but have been left greatly disappointed during the last two visits. Staff was lovely but it never seems to be the same face each time I go now.....A rotating staff tells you that there is something is wrong!! Hours are poor, open days are worse and the owners wouldn't give up a seat at the bar on a busy night to a paying customer....their laptops, cell phones and works stuff spread everywhere. Do they not have an office? It just set a bad tone for us sitting there...

The atmosphere is great and there is a bar to sit at and also an area with lounge chairs to sit and socialize. We were sitting at a normal dining table so that is another option. Definitely a place to sit, hang out and have a drink and snacks

Thry host like it's their home, which makes for a personable dining experience. Live music every Friday and Saturday! Lovely selection of artists, and really nice groups of people tend to frequent this spot. The brick wall adds a unique charm and creates an appealing aesthetic :)
