★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Julie come out for a consultation, first time meeting her and she was late to the appointment. After the consultation, Julie provided me with a custom design. She told me she would have the design within two weeks, I received it at the 3 week mark. Julie and I scheduled an in store shopping experience, she didn't show up and did not bother to reach out to me. On the day of our in store shopping experience I messaged Julie wondering where she was, 20 mins later I received a text advising she would not be able to make the appointment and asked if I could reschedule after she knew I took the day off work. I would NOT recommend Julie OR the company, very unprofessional and unorganized.
