I took the time to contact Tim Hortons customer service and reported an issue. Not the first time I’ve had issues either at this location . The manager responded but wouldn’t respond to my actual concern . Here is what I wrote : Hi, “I specified I had the coupon before I ordered and your staff never advised me of any substitution issues. They only stated to show the coupon . I scanned and noticed that I paid regular price. Instead of trying to help the staff argued . That’s really poor customer service . I’m not sure what their apprehension to helping me was . But I wouldn’t be as upset if this was the first time at this specific location . I’ve been to this location since it opened and I would say the poor quality of service started 3 years ago roughly . I’m not sure I would come back after this interaction. Regards, “ And this was the original response from the manager : “Hi Billy, I'm really sorry taht your coupon didn't work on your visit. the offer says coffee and you ordered tea for one of your drink that's why it didn't work. you still have the offer and you can still use it on your next visit just remember to order coffees for drinks. Thank you so much and very sorry for the inconvenience. Shar Tim hortorns South Point “ This doesn’t feel like the managers response but literally what staff were bickering at me with. They didn’t offer to correct the issue even if I gave the tea back. Once they had my money that was the end of the transaction for them. I would give a 0 star review if it was possible . They never tried to resolve my issue on site or via communication afterwards. Really poor service all around .

This tim hortons just cannot make a FRNECH VANILLA WITH ESPRESSO shot (Right). Twice in 2 days, they have been making the wrong drink. Tim Horton's give your staff some training to make a coffee. Worst Tim Horton's ever I have to go just because it is near to my work place.

This particular Timmy’s (Southpointe) is always chaotic- and that’s behind the counter where seemingly dozens of employees run around trying not to trip over each other. It’s typical Tim Hortons fare which you either love or loathe.

It's not a trip to Canada, without stopping at our favorite Hortons. We've been locked out for 2 years, so coming back this had to be our 1st stop. Thanks neighbors for taking care of it for us. Nice to spend time amongst you guys again.

Went there yesterday for lunch as we work close around the area, ordered a turkey bacon club and I was beyond disappointed, if you think what's in the picture is passable for consumption, you shouldn't be in any kind of food industry, not sure if this was deliberately done or accidental after I tried to confirm the order with the employee due to his thick accent, never ordering from here again though

ALWAYS takes 10 mins for a mobile order drink. They don’t even make it until I go tell someone it’s still not ready, and then they START making it. They explained they’ll make it fresh when customers arrive, but why doesn’t this apply to other mobile orders, or at any other store? It’s not like the McDonald’s app where you can press a button to tell the store I’m here. Now I’m supposed to place a mobile order, then go to your counter to tell you that I have arrived or you’ll ignore it? And how long do I have to wait to realize you’re not making it that I’ll have to come and yell “Yes please do start pouring the tea”?

First time at a Tim Hortons, decided to order some drinks for the family. Went through the drive thru, lovely and patient staff received us. Answered all questions and helped us figure out what we were looking for. Kind at the window and gave drinks very promptly. Enjoyed the experience and would return to try more of what Tim Hortons has to offer.

Got to love my double doubles. Tim Horton seems to be getting a lot more items as well on their menu, which has been great. But for me it's their coffee that keeps me coming back. And maybe their farmers wrap, and their sausage egg biscuit.
