β β β β β Looking for an all day breakfast spot while visiting the tri-cities we came upon this little spot. It was an hour before closing time but we were met with a friendly smile. The decor - woodtop tables and green chairs remind me of old school/church hall set ups. Other than that the food is spectacular. The toast was not burnt and the food was exactly what you expect it to be. Everything was perfect.
Excellent job guys! Definitely worth it!

β β β β β Favourite breakfast spot by far! Rosie is a lovely lady and the food is amazing. Always walk away stuffed and 100% satisfied! I highly recommend the Fully Loaded Omelette and the Hungry man breakfast. The coffee is really good too! If you haven't tried it yet, you won't be disappointed. Can't beat the quality and portion size for these prices!

β β β β β Sat there for 30 min before they even took our order. Another 30 minutes watching people get their food. They tell us "sorry we misplaced your order ticket." Right before an extremely important event.

β β β β β A suprising find, found using "best breakfast near me" on Google. Unassuming location, plenty of choice of options. Not fancy, good prices and good breakfast, will certainly visit again. Open until 3pm.

β β β β β 3 people in the restaurant. By myself I wait 5 mins for a coffee, sat patiently for 15 min for someone to acknowledge I was ready to order. Server final comes out from the back and takes a table of 2 order that just walked in. Mistakes happen but when the other couple says βI believe that gentleman was here firstβ and she processed to take their order, they were as surprised as me. I walked out. Been coming here for 20 years on and off and sure wish the service is what it used to be. At Country Diner in Cloverdale, great service soon as I sat down.

β β β β β Great breakfast, huge size. Been a few times now, always trying something different all are excellent. The eggs Benedict are cooked perfect. Make sure to bring your Covid passport because they check everybody here, which means we can eat in safety.

β β β β β For Motherβs Day, the wife was looking for a diner type food. We did a quick search on Google and found this place nearby after a walk at the quiet end of White Rock beach. Cozy, friendly family run business and so happy to find this place. The food was great, ordered a burger, a reuben and a benny for about $12 each. Where can you find a tasty deal like that? We will definitely come back to this place.

β β β β β This place is such a gem. It's spacious and peaceful. The owners were really kind too. They were about to close but kept the restaurant open for us.
We got the Garlic Shrimp Benny and Waffle Combo. They were delicious! The potatoes with the Benny was well seasoned. I was surprised since they're usually pretty bland at other places. I didn't even touch the ketchup.
The muffins were crispy and not soggy. The Waffle was moist and fluffy. I regret not getting the sweet version. Ah well, next time.
And I can't believe the price for the quality and quantity of food. I was stuffed till dinner. I'd be here every weekend if it was closer to home. Will definitely return for more in the future.
