★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently get our orders wrong. Tired of wasting $5 on iced lattes made wrong and getting cream in my tea when asking for milk.
If you're looking for Tim's in Canmore maybe try the one in the save on foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tims i have ever been too. Bathrooms were disgusting. Customer service was bad ! Waited in line for 15 mins for a coffee. There was only one person working the front counter but they had those self serve screens to take orders on. I only wanted a coffee and there was only one person in the line so i thought this would be a quick enough process. I thought wrong. I watched half a dozen customers use the self serve after i got there before the lady in fromt of me got served. Wanted to order food but refrained as i didnt want to wait another 15 mins and the staff were rushing around a bunch so chances were it was going to be sloppy work too.

Rudest people I ever came across, was in a drive thru the lady taking my order was so rude yelled all the time for no reason because she was not able to hear me something wrong with their headset or just a bad day and letting her frustration out on her customers and when I went to store to complain about it and ask for manager she claimed she is the manager (name Hanna)and instead of apologizing she kept arguing in front of the customers and laughed at me like maniac and literally someone from the staff came and apologized on her behalf. If I can give negative rating I would have done that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service through the drive through, but staff are rude and already have the debit machine in your face before you pull up. Get angry when you want to scan a rewards card and pay with a tim’s card. Seems like a huge inconvenience for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10 minutes inside and they served 1 customer. Tim Hortons prioritises car idling in their drive thru vs people who take the time to park and enter the store. Customers should at least be treated equally. Served within 10 minutes after leaving and waiting in long drive thru. I couldn’t wait all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so lovely, beautiful location, undoubtedly canmore is mesmerising and a 5 star for the view this place offers, I was lost looking when I saw the mountains around. It's the best Tim Hortons considering the scenic surrounding. Also its just adjacent to the road so if you are moving towards Calgary from Edmonton you can stop by to pick a coffee or quick much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always really busy with a steady stream of traffic. I find it the perfect stop to break the journey when heading out to BC. Also, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is the only fresh tomato I can get into my son ????
