★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My earlier rating was 5. But today the service was very bad. Ordered a large with 3 milk and 2 sugar They given me 3 cream and 2 sugar. I returned the coffee. The girl was rude and didn't apologize. She was asking question as if I was telling lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess, you have new employees. I had to toss my coffee this morning you don’t put the cream in last, you put the cream in before the coffee, otherwise it’s undrinkable!!!! We come every morning in the Elantra, I will be checking coffee before I leave. All three x large were made wrong, they were 3 x large double double way, way to much sugar as well. It’s inexcusable when I have to throw my coffee away because it’s not drinkable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location doesn't focus on walk-in customer's. Staff ignore guests who walk in, too busy with drive thru and behind the counter cleaning. Zero attention to cleanliness of their available seating both indoor and outdoor tables. Zero selection of menu items at 7:15pm. Hours posted state open til 11pm but closed at 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This locale constantly runs out of food or never has items on the menu. I have driven through on 3 separate occassions at different times...didn't have what i wanted. Manager gave me a $5.00 dollar gift card 3rd time as she was embarrassed. I went to use it...and i was given a used gift card.
Other locations are so much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to regular Tim's. Speed has gone down hill. Order accuracy has gone down hill. I never order sadwiches or begals. Generally a tea and an occasional donut. More express Tim Hortons that don't include sandwiches might be an idea ? Otherwise I boycott Tim Hortons the best I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the drive through (11:30 March 8th) gave me attitude for accidentally ordering for pickup instead of drive through. Coincidentally she then gave me the wrong tea filled so much it leaked over my hand and in my car. I apologized at the speaker and again at the window but she didn’t respond and hurried me along. What happened to common decency?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through this drive thru this AM. I get that not every person has been raised with morals in regards to litter, but thats where more capable people step in. This bush, (beside the dumpster fence) is littered with refuse next to the drive thru. The owner of this location may want to stay on top the manager to get their location looking the opposite of a dump.
