I've had nothing but great experiences here, especially at the pharmacy counter. I want to give a shout out to Amber, who knows my husband and I on sight, knows our medications, and is always friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Now that's customer service at its finest!

Jamie at the pharmacy is very short on the phone. She talks down to you with attitude. I assumed it was all in my head until I had my wife and kids hear my conversation today on speaker. They validated my experience.

My son who is turning 2 years old is covered under Ohip by law for antibiotics and staff saying he is not covered. I asked why it can’t be charged to Ohip for my son and what is needed to be covered or understand why my son is not getting the same right. The front staff claiming he is not registered under my wife and I and stating what I’m asking them is to commit fraud. I have no idea what that means because Im trying to understand my sons right for his coverage and they were not interest to provide the help. This is front of the public and people in the line hearing that. Then my wife called the pharmacy to understand the process on how my son get government Ohip coverage on medication and my wife too got the same fraud response and the staff denied to provide info. My father also was treat rudely by staff in another incident. It’s like you can’t ask question or get clarity from staff. They get so upset and rude. I asked simple question and don’t get why they responded in unprofessional manner. I felt like I was being treated differently cuz of my skin color Looks like not providing guidance and insulting customers is common by staff based on how my wife and I got treated.

Went there at 24th December 2021 around 3pm ish. The lady managing the self service check-out was evidently racist. The priority of the queue was based on skin colour and not based on first come first serve. The manager of the store needs to keep an eye if this was one-off or is there a pattern to it! If thats happening next time,I would not be getting out of the store without getting valid explanations. So better to keep the racist horses not on the lose and leave at home behind when dealing on a public job.

Very RUDE customer service, I had bought a battery pack, from the self checkout centre, and I realized I didn’t want this product it was another one so I go back and the lady was very rude and wouldn’t return the product because the product wasn’t coming up on the screen as the same one as I bought, I told her it could be an error since it is a computer lol she just hands me the product and I talk to my father who tells me to go back, but then I come back and insist that this is the same product and then she scans it again in which it seems to does show up, and she accuses me of lying about the product the first time thinking that I must’ve switched the product or something. Mind you I’m only 16 years old what would I do lying about a battery pack but after being rude to me she does return the product and says β€œI’m not returning this again” . I do not recommend this place to anyone.I felt like she was being racist to me since I am brown.

Stop by Feb 2, 6:05pm to picked a few items. Seen a shelf with popcorn and picked two bags, clearly marked on shelf 2.79 and 2.99 respectively. While cashing out popcorn came up at 4.66. When I questioned the price was told without explanation that it 4.66..when I explained what the shelf price was, and walked back to show her, she quickly removed the price off the shelf and said "it's a screw up". She had a down east accent, and I hope she gets some training in customer service..I found this lady to be very rude. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe not, but learn to be a professional.

Went for a script that was late by weeks with no explanation. They had no answers and were rude as hell, when I get upset based on my treatment they tell me it was discontinued when i got my last script, but still had no explanation S to why is was never ready. They then told me I was no longer a customer at that location. Worst service I think I've ever experienced anywhere for anything. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful and unpleasant. This happened may 21 around twenty past 6. Blonde woman with glasses and petite Arabic man. Hope the owner sees this. Edit, after speaking with the manager, being intentionally misunderstood, asked to repeat myself several times, and realizing that they never intended to help, and are probably not intellectually qualified to have their position, I reasoned to boycott the entire franchise, period. Worst. Service. Ever.

Absolutely ignorant pharmacy assistant here. I have filled three prescriptions there. Each time they couldn't fulfill it in the time they said. Most recently, I gave them three hours when they said it would be one hour, "maybe two." When I came back, they said they hadn't started and it would be forty minutes. I explained what I was told before, and asked how I could be sure it would actually be ready because I needed the medication and I was now running late for out of town plans (which I had to ultimately cancel thanks to this). This older, white, salt-and-pepper haired assistant took it upon herself to interject in the conversation with her bad attitude. I wasn't talking to her, she was about fifteen feet away. She snaps telling me "well, we're busy," "it is what it is" and "what do you want us to do about it?" She shouts, "you want us to help you or not?" For starters, watch your mouth, nobody was speaking to you. And do I need to be the one offering solutions for your inadequacy? How about you apologize for the massive inconvenience? Maybe you can offer to call me when my stuff is ready instead of wasting my time some more. I'm not getting paid to do this. YOU ARE. And when I asked for her name to complain, she covered her name tag and said no, and walked away. Completely unprofessional and lacking basic understanding. I will not ever return to this location. And even after they said it would be thirty more minutes, it ended up being 45. This isn't about being busy. It's about consistently garbage customer service.
