β β β β β I go to this Tim Hortons fairly regularly and have almost always gotten fast and good service. I donβt like the food much but thatβs a matter of option. I went in today and got an extra large French Vanilla Cappuccino topped up with coffee.... there were so many coffee grounds in it!!!!! I spit it out and didnβt finish it. So yucky. So 3 stars today.

β β β β β WARNING!!! PLEASE make sure you check your entire order before leaving the restruant. They only have 1-2 employees working at any time and are always in a rush and make mistakes. the area to wait in is only about 50 square feet so its jam packed. Better off going to a different tims if you get the chance

β β β β β The women ahead of us had to get her iced cap remade and when they did it still looked really funky, and they argued with her. Gave them the benefit of the doubt so we ordered a coffee, and a cold brew. The coffee was absolutely old, and when we asked for a fresh pot they argued with us and tried to just add more old coffee to the cup to top it off, the girl was so rude. My order was a Cold brew Hazelnut cream, the cold brew was disgusting looking, the cream was separating from the coffee itself and itβs supposed to mix in. Idk if these are new workers but take the drive down to Hawkstone Tim hortons. Itβs way better than this BS store

β β β β β i went to this location last night (may 21) and there was only two workers working the night around 10:30β¦ nobody was answering the drive thru, there was four cars behind me. i pulled up to the window, thereβs three people ahead of me and i wait 10 minutes for these three people to go through. once i get to the window they say βsorry we only have two people.β these two young men are dragging their feet around, walking unbelievably slow and not working. the person behind me is STILL at the drive thru speaker with no order taken. this is ridiculous. then they donβt have anything i wanted. no bagels. no donut i wanted. iβm like what the heck?

β β β β β Nice and friendly service, nice and clean. However I made an order for 2 everything bagels with herb and Garlic and did not recieve the second one I had ordered. So, now as it is I said the order 3 times to the cashier and it still came out wrong. I really dislike people when they do not get the orders right after being told 3 times. It makes me wanna take my business somewhere else.
