T	TheMadmonkey1134 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They closed the front doors and only operated out of the drive threw, I have a motorcycle so I walked the drive threw and waited 10 minutes and no one took my order then when I walked to the window they denied me service since I was on foot. In the time they took to hold me up they could have served 15 people. Completely unprofessional and unfair. If you don’t like business don’t open at all

Both time, only after waiting and ordering g did I find out they had none. In one instance a customer seemed to be paying with a million gift cards, and rather then open a second cash they just made everyone in the store wait. No appologies, nothing. Would have been fine if they had a note saying wedges not available. It was the same people each day, where is the manager to update the staff and make sure the instore experience is worth the trip.

They cannot hear customers because their so much background noise in the inside stuffs were talking out loud with each other , when i got to the window and asked the associate she said Their head sets always not working and give me my coffee as soon as I took the cap I saw hair on my cap right on the lid where I supposed to drink , I looked inside and saw no one had their hair tied up . I give the the associate the cap back to change it she was so rude in the window she throw the cap and yelled at the employee beside her to make another one.

S	Sajini De Soysa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order through the app. Out pick up time was 5.28pm. We went there around 5.40 but the order was not ready. We went to the counter but we were ignored. Had to wait for a long time for them to prepare the order. They did not even have an item we ordered. They could have been more polite.

Then the kid gets the change due wrong....twice! And looks at me like I should just go away because I am inconveniencing him with the expectation of proper change! Yesterday, ordered tea....got coffee. Change is always wrong. Probably been shorted a couple of dozen times here. No more. This franchise owner obviously has no concept of customer service...just grab the money and go! I pass many other Tim's on my way home. Will take my business elsewhere!

I ordered a decaf Tea, I saw the the tea bags, so I didn’t question anything. I opened it and they put coffee in it as the hot liquid instead of hot water. So I had a coffee with decaf tea bags. That was my last straw with this place! Do yourself a favour, drive to the Tim Hortons on Santa Maria Blvd, they are amazing and know what they are doing!!!
A	Ashar K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early morning rush and service is provided by single employee taking the order and preparing at the same time. With line up to the door and there is no staff to assist this poor person. All focus on drive throu with 3 staff. Amazing
