The Brown Sugar Coffee Latte had tons of coffee grounds...not exactly a nice experience to have grounds of coffee on your tongue as you're sipping the drink. Besides that, the other drinks were just ok. The boba had a nice texture though (soft and chewy). As mentioned, nothing special overall.

I’m a regular customer and after my experience tonight I will never purchase another drink from this place. After placing my order and paying extra for my customizations, it took the two girls 10 minutes to make a single drink. It was made cold when I specificity ordered it hot. I was then accused of lying with the girl saying I didn’t order it hot when she handed me a cold drink. I told her I always order the same drink hot to check the system, as I come here all the time and have never had a problem with the guy that works during the day. He’s great. She hesitated and finally agreed to remake it for me. I assumed I would be able to keep the cold one that was made in error to give it a try because they were going to throw it out anyway and I had been waiting over 10 minutes at this point to only get the wrong drink. Please note there were no other orders being made. If it was busy with other customers and drink orders I totally understand and expect a longer wait. Instead the girl grabbed it from my hand and was incredibly rude. You have lost a loyal customer. Hope management makes some serious training changes. while your bubble tea itself is 5 stars for its delicious taste the customer service I received from staff is completely unacceptable.

J	Jason York (Jork21) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect a larger variety of fruit flavours, and the sizes are a bit small for the price, but if you like milk and sugar in your bubble tea/coffee, this is the place for you! From the flavours that I did try, they were definitely delicious. I might ask for 50% ice next time as that took up a lot of the cup. All in all, it's a welcome new addition to the growing selection of new food options in the area.

V	Viona Halim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come here if you're looking for fresh fruit bubble tea cuz they wouldn't have any, but what they DO have is insanely good, if not THE BEST brown sugar based bubble tea I've come across so far. Their Bobas are also really good, soft but still retain that chewy texture and their brown sugar has the deepest caramel taste with a slight bitter note that balances the richness of the milk (if you get the milk series) Also, they only have one size that resembles more of a small size at other bubble tea places. At around $6.50 each, you can consider this place more on the pricey side of things but hey! You get more quality than quantity. I usually order a large size at other places but here, I don't miss the large size. I find their drinks that contain the cream mousse is rich enough that I don't want anything bigger. Again, Don't come here if you're looking for fresh fruit. Come here if you have a craving for brown sugar Boba milk tea. Highly recommend anything that comes with the cream mousse!
