★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little upset. They have good prices, but unlike other firearms dealers in the area, they don't accept returns. I had a firearms dealer south of silver valley who accepted returns for the unopened rounds and they happily gave us our money back QITHOUT A RECEIPT!!! So I don't understand why tiger won't accept their rnds from their unopened box with a receipt back. They blame it on "regulation", i think they just want to make a quick buck. BC and Canadian regulations allow for the return of munitions with the primer dye in-tact (which ours are) to be returned. Next time I'll go to another firearms store. No wonder why this place doesn't even make 4 stars. I now know why

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the busiest days in canadian firearm history and they close their doors temporarily? Why couldn't they run a shop with 6+ workers often in store, and worst of all cut off LOCAL CONSUMERS from buying LOCALLY. Anyone anywhere can buy online but it doesn't put the product in your hand TODAY not just handguns but reloading material, ammo, rifles, targets, scopes and cases. Instead of choosing local consumers they choose to close the door, I prefer to buy local but I don't have to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst attitude staff and service in a retail environment. Felt like I shouldn't be asking if they had "xyz" product in stock. Felt as if the staff member dreaded answering common questions by me. (This one individual in particular). I was so annoyed by this staff with glasses, I couldn't be bothered to look for the rest of my shopping list.
I'm shocked this place doesnt have lower ratings, will take my staxx elsewhere. I know the retail firearm industry isn't known for customer service, but this place was just piss poor.
2 stars for decent selection of inventory.

Very knowledgeable staff, they answered every question while providing some advice. Pretty well stocked, if they don't have it. They can get it right away! Also got some pretty good Bargain bin deals you have to go in to check for yourself!

Answered all my questions and responded promptly to emails. Would buy from again and definitely would recommend to a friend. Fantastic overall experience and great attention to detail. Gun was packaged nicely with ample padding and protection. Just very satisfied with all aspects of this transaction. Great job!
