★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aly and Jim handle all our family’s pharmacy needs. They help us keep our prescriptions up to date, & are the most incredibly helpful guys I have ever dealt with. With five in our family, and so many scripts blister packs are needed, I can get confused but they are so organized it’s amazing!
Even after we moved away to a small rural town Med-X still handles everything. Because they are just.that.good.
Big box pharmacies have zero customer service.....take your scripts to Aly and Jim and let them help you get sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for 3 years, refuse to go to any other pharmacy, I'm always taken care of here, they also deliver medication as well. They always make sure my coverage is good to go, They are truely the best and nicest people ever! You don't get this kind of treatment at any other pharmacy. Almost like having a counselor and pharmacist in one! Lol. If I am ever running low on a medication and need to get a prescription refilled they always let me know ahead of time, they do my flu shot every season, going to get my booster here too.
They're ways so kind to me and my family and always provide so much information to me about all my medications. They're the best they always go up and beyond for their paitents/customers, I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed an antigen test last minute with the changes traveling to the US, both Jim and owner Ally went above and beyond to make sure I could get it done ASAP to allow me to make my flight on time. Even offering to come into work before the store opened to get it completed. What an experience! A truly rare customer service experience offered by any business let alone a busy pharmacy. Thank you guys for your help, you've won my business over and I'll be sharing the story with family and friends. All the best.
