I ordered an 870 barrel in August. Hasn’t showed up I’ve sent emails and tried to call countless times and nobody answers and I haven’t got my money back. I wouldn’t spend any money here again

Disappointing customer service and disrespectful staff. My feeling is that they want your money with zero responsibility on their end. If case that something goes wrong, they will blame it on you. If you look at the reviews you can notice the pattern. In my case I ordered a barrel that was advertised as compatible with my gun when in fact it wasnt. It turned out that there are variances of gun and the information about that wasn't available on their website. Once I have received an item and figured it wont fit my gun, I asked what can we do about it. They blamed it on me, saying "I should have known it and I should have asked them before buying". In fact I was on the call with them asking for recommendation on which one should I get out of two available options and not once they mentioned anything about the magazine tube variance. I hope the owner reads this because the whole email communication felt like talking to a hungry toddler. And I really hope the person I talked to, wasn't the owner. They might have some quality products but their ego and sense of responsibility is on the other side of scale. I suggest avoiding them whenever possible or at least be prepared to get screwed as they will not own anything.

They turned down my project on profit basis, no reason other than that. They offer a service to those who pay on the higher end not for people who just want a few things added on, they even bragged that they were able to build the gun I was attempting to modify from scratch which made me laugh since if it was so easy then surely my project wouldn't be too difficult to just kick it out the door right? All in all I would just look elsewhere for your needs as their customer service is pretty awful and if you think they offer a service, they don't unless you want to pay upwards of $1000/hr (which is what their customer service rep so kindly explained to me saying that $100/hr was "too cheap").

Trigger polishing Job (AKA:Trigger Job) costed me $100. I called after the weekend asking about ETA, guy tells me its a side job most probably will take 1 to 2 weeks. I was going to ask if you were to build me a gun or to do a trigger job to lighten the trigger pull? When I was called two days after, guy says the job is done! I asked what is the trigger pull now after the work that has been done on it. Guy answers "NO IDEA", just please come and pick it up. I asked if the spring kit was fitted for the gun, Guys answers its not compatible. Well guess what? I just went and bought the same kit from your shop which you said was not compatible and fitted it tonight. I already told you I have both shadow 1 and Jericho and I did a swap the other day and it worked! guys says spring length is not the same... I hope you know that length has nothing to do with resistance buddy! I just did not have the patient to talk to you anymore today, you will see why. And guess what! the trigger job you charged us for did not change the trigger pull at all! We got a trigger gauge and tested it before and after your trigger job. NO CHANGE AT ALL. Fitted a dovetail sight which i gave you to do, guess what? it will not clear the rear slide and go lower to zero the sights. As a professional you should have caught that and not fit it. I asked on the spot if you can just take it off and put on the original one, he says he is more interested in clearing up and getting of work at 3 pm on a Friday, told me to come AGAIN next week or he can do it now as a hack job with no promises it will be ok. After that I just ran as fast as I can out of that store. So what I got at the end of this was a rear sight that is not adjustable that i spent 100 plus taxes for you to install. Took 2 days off work to your store for BLOODY NOTHING. I lived in Europe for 20 years, I even consider myself an European, I hope you are not European, because it really brings shame to European quality. Two days off work to go to your shop and $100 bucks for a rear sight that is useless. Thank you Dlask Arms for the experience. WOW! I hope the owner of the shop does something about this. Here you can see I have both guns so... yes! I did the swap and it works, and here is the sale order number 097318 you will be able to find my contacts there. And also the invoice for getting the kit your guy says it wont work.

Rude, condescending, unhelpful on the phone. Too bad these guys are such unpleasant people, they used to do great work from what I’ve heard. Would never attempt another project with them.

Here’s my impressions from a 1/2 hour first time visit and small purchase today. If you want the best and are willing to pay for it, Joe is a good business man with quality #1. If I were in his shoes, I wouldn’t waste my time on small jobs or bargain hunters. I’m impressed I wish I knew about DAC before I bought my DW Specialist. His 1911 is top notch as is the .22 rifle he’s engineered.

tried to call about parts and had the rudest reception I've ever experienced won't purchase anything from this company now zero explanation about why they aren't selling that product and so short with me on the phone I didn't even want to ask about any 9f the other items I was interested in. do not suggest spending your hard earned money here take it to somebody who values their customers

Very impressed by the professional service. Prices are not cheap but very reasonable. Definitely will deal with them in the future. Dlask custom parts for 10/22 exceed all expectations. Highly recommended.
