โ โ โ โ โ The manager Jessica was very rude and not respectful of her employees or customers. Last night she scammed me into buying a ticket for a concert which she the refused to refund due to sheer incompetence. Please fire this terrible person.

โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT BUY. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU. If I could rate this company a zero stars I would. Bought tickets to an event and they cancelled it just 2 days before. The event themselves posted that โrefunds are available at the point of purchaseโ. Once the new date was set and I realized I could not make the new rescheduled date, I emailed customer service explaining that I could not make the new date and want to request a refund. They replied in once sentence denying my request stating that Nov. 2 was the deadline to refund. They didnโt even release a new date for the event until Nov.8 so how was I supposed to if I could make the new date or not? No where on the notice of cancellation did it mention any refund deadline. It simply only stated that refunds are available if you cannot make the new date. Gave them a call and spoke to the two rudest, entitled people Iโve ever met (one being the manager on dutyโ) they basically summed up the email I had received and told me that there would be no more refunds and that the deadline was nov.2. I explained to them that no where does it mention any deadline and they said they had sent out emails stating so (I received zero emails). Do not purchase from this company. They all have terrible attitudes and all they do is scam people for their money.

โ โ โ โ โ June 7, Jack White concert, Pacific Coliseum: Those who purchased Silver or Platinum VIP reserved seating through Vault presale were subject to being given the run around, removed several times from their seats all because the seats they paid for in advance were allowed to be double or triple booked by different parties through TicketLeader. Your "reserved seat" is not necessarily guaranteed if you buy through Ticketleader. At least two other individuals showed me printed tickets with my section, row, and seat number, even though my mobile ticket reserved the exact same seat. Multiple people in sections S and T were affected.

โ โ โ โ โ Be VERY CAREFUL. This company conducts unethical, misleading, and potentially fraudulent transactions and activities. We purchased tickets at for access to a premium section and later found out it is the exact same as the general admission tickets. I talked to the agent on the phone, and she attempted to be helpful, but could not clearly outline why I was charged 3x the amount for tickets but would receive standard tickets. Be wary. Be careful. I'm looking into possibly filing higher-level legal complaints against this company as well given I have connections that can do so.
