Thank you Mario and team for making a dream come true! I grew up with the Hip and this was literally, the best concert I've been to in Canada. So emotional. So much energy. ShowTime went above and beyond to secure seats for me at the last minute. Impressive. THANK YOU.

I purchased last minute tickets (2 for $1400.00) for Justin Timberlake and JZ as they were advertised as centre floor. I was assured by Showtime the seats were centre and I would be very pleased. The seats were NOT as advertised. Centre floor was defined between the two pianos on the stage where 99% of the show took place. My seats were significantly right of centre and definitely not as described by the advertisement or the Showtime staff. We were so mislead and therefore so disappointed by Showtime Tickets who was more interested in securing a sale than being accurate with their ticket descriptions. I will never deal with Showtime tickets again.

I purchased tickets to the Burton Cummings concert at the PNE amphitheatre - I'd received the ticket delivery confirmation to my inbox so wasn't concerned, until day of concert (last week) I opened the email only to find the message, "this email has no content"; as it was a weekend nobody was answering the toll free Showtime customer service number, so no help there. We went to the concert anyway hoping they would let us in when we showed our receipt/proof of payment, however the box office couldn't allow us entry without the specific tickets. We are out +$200 (original tickets we selling at about half that) and not even a concert to show for it. Add insult to injury, I emailed Showtime about the incident and have yet to hear reply from them. ..................................................................................... Thanks for your reply. I've been able to confirm with my credit card provider that my visa was in fact NOT charged - I'm grateful for this and have revised my rating accordingly. You explained in your personal email today that the expiration date on the visa card was invalid and therefore the transaction never processed. Perhaps for future reference an email to this effect would be the most appropriate mode of communication, especially in case you are not able to directly speak with the customer by phone after first attempt. The empty email indicating the tickets were issued/sent didn't help matters (I will forward you copy). The follow-up email from Showtime received the day after the concert asking how we'd enjoyed the event didn't help matters, and moreover suggested that the card had in fact been processed.

The first time I called, the sales staff was occupied, but I left my phone number ... and I received a call back! I ended up getting tickets for two Canucks games. For each game, I needed to get three seats together, and ShowTime Tickets accommodated my request. Dealing with Libor was a pleasure. He was polite, patient and professional. He wasn't at all like the stereotypical salesman (pushy and edgy). Bottom line: I got better tickets than I would have via an online site such as Vivid Seats, and the prices were better, too.

I asked for help selling some tickets that I had for the IIHF Junior hockey championships in Vancouver. The customer service was very impressive. First of all, they actually pick up the phone when you call and speak with you AND answer your emails when you send an inquiry (what a concept!). They proactively updated me as well and quickly transferred the $$ into my account. They also successfully sold all the tickets I had available. Much better than dealing with flakes on Craigslist!

I bought 2 tickets for a concert in Calgary in oct 2019. I bought the tickets from Australia and contacted them to make sure it will be fine. The staff, Johnny, replied in less than 24 hours and it s all good to perform the transaction from overseas as they send the tickets by email. Very happy about the service! Definitely a reliable place to buy tickets !

First time ever using Show Time Tickets (or any ticket broker, for that matter). Chose Show Time because of its high ratings and very positive customer reviews. So glad I did - Super easy and secure, and links directly to Ticketmaster. To my surprise and great pleasure, we received a complimentary upgrade and will now be seated in the orchestra level. This will be my daughterโ€™s first Broadway Show, so this upgrade will make our day even more special. The email containing the invoice and advising of the upgrade came directly from Libor (Operations Manaer), which was a nice touch. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend to others.
