Thunder Bay Ultrasound

I did some reading before finally booking in this place. I was hesitant at first due to the horrible reviews but since they were the ones who answered my call on a Saturday, I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment ASAP. The receptionist I spoke to was very nice, calm and kind. During my appointment, my husband and I were in awe on how immaculately clean their clinic is. feels like a 5 star hotel. It is so clean that you have to either remove your shoes or use a shoe cover, I kinda felt weird at the entrance when they told us so, but I understood when I went inside the ultrasound clinic. I would agree on making a way to maintain it as well. You wouldn't want to be the one putting dirt on the floor:p. Their washroom? feels like really you are in a hotel suite. We were so surprised too that my husband was allowed to be with me during the ultrasound itself, provided that he keeps his masks on. And the pictures/video rule regarding the payment is already shown to everyone so we were aware of it already. So the person who did my ultrasound (Ejay) was so great! She is awesome, she explained everything and she is very professional. She answered all our queries well and she got a good focus on our baby, so we had a good shot. You just have to tell that you want pics/video in advance so that the sonographer can arrange before hand. the receptionist who welcomed us has been so helpful as well and so approachable. She even helped us on how to reach Dr. Novak who is known in the Ob-gyne field. It was a very happy and pleasant experience and in no way that we have encountered any of the negative things written here. I am not sure if there was a change of staff, but I even asked that and it seemed already like the receptionist I spoke with has been with the clinic for years and as well as the sonographer was more or less a year too. We had our appointment on May 31, 2021. So recently. I highly recommend this place.

Very fast and efficient. My ultrasound tech was very helpful and made the experience great!

Elloise was very professional yet was very considerate and respectful. If I ever need to have another ultra sound I will certainly request to have Elloise. I truly hope she is appreciated by management as she is well deserving of it.

Always warm and inviting. Nice decor and knowledgeable staff. We chose this clinic even though it wasn't the closest because of this.

Excellent atmosphere - very calming and pretty, not what you would expect from an ultrasound clinic. Reception is very efficient and friendly, incredibly kind technicians that are great at what they do!

Clean environment. The receptionist Laura was really polite. The radiologist who scanned me, I believe her name is Eloise, she was very professional. Even though she couldn’t tell me much about the baby, she did her best to put me at ease of which I appreciate. Well done guys. You all are doing a great job

My experience was great the person I had doing my ultrasound was super nice and knew what she was doing. It was a place of warmth just because of the settings. I have not been there in a long time and it was when they had the other ultrasound room and the guy doing them. If I ever need another one I will be hoping to get the same woman I had today.
