It is illegal and unsafe to operate any vehicle while using a cell phone

A very kind and caring soul who loves spontaneity and surprises. So very giving that I am able to share a great moment with my son, which he understood wholeheartedly. WOW, that kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and time. It reminds me of the old days when people really cared. Thanks again!
