★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since Tonya left this branch has been nothing but incompetent. Nothing in stock, try to order it it doesn't ship. Nobody answers phone.
This is on top of the usual high price of Lennox components, which is usually 50%-100% higher than any other brand, save maybe Trane.
The announcements while on hold about how "we can meet your HVAC needs" is icing on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lennox in general is just the absolute worst. Really not good at all. Basically not there to help dealers or try anything to help the homeowner either. We stopped buying from Lennox as they are just terrible. Bad service all round and leaving dealers holding the bag. Every person that worked there 3 years ago or more has quit
