★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Mytee Extractor, about 6 months later it needed the pump replaced. Prairie West was the only place in the city to bring it for warranty work. Took them about a month to replaced the pump, they damaged the clear handle for it so I can no longer use it for marketing shot (paid extra for the clear handle in order to said get shots). Repair lasted two weeks, brought it back and it has now been 7 months and I have still not received it back yet. Every time I call and talk to someone they say "next Tuesday, we'll know" they don't... They emailed me 3 months ago saying the part was on the way, it wasn't... The warrant has now expired while it sat in their shop. I had to purchase a new one. Hopefully one day I'll get it back and it will last longer than two weeks but I am doubt full. Proceed with caution.
UPDATE: Finally got the machine back. Broke almost instantly in the exact same way. Its like they didn't even test it or think it could've possibly been something else seeing as the last time they did this exact repair it only lasted about 10 days... The machine was in their shop for a total of 9 months to receive a simple repair that they couldn't do. But they did managed to damage it both times... They have basically told me that I would need to ship it to Mytee myself. As their warranty/ service reps you'd think they would help with this process instead of leaving me high and dry. Terrible experience.
