I want to know why you don't have refunds as plans change just curious as I was seriously thinking of traveling but not with that on my shoulders and this is to do with a passenger who has booked not impressed maybe it is a money grab ?

Does not deserve even one star. Terrible customer service by employees and the manager Shauna. Would never travel with them ever again. The bus service is a money scam. I guess they don’t need business so they treat customer’s awfully.

I had my ticket purchased online I was less than minute late and the driver just drive away as he seen me right beside the bus. I think ebus is money grab scam. I was right there and he drove off anyway. All I needed to do was get on the bus so I could make it home. Now I'm stranded with no way home.

Don't take covid policies seriously. Allowed a symptomatic passenger on the bus. At least half a dozen people on the bus informed the bus driver that this passenger was sneezing, blowing his nose, and coughing constantly. Management's response was to suggest my perception of the situation was incorrect, and that he was actually fine.

Everybody knows that Alberta can get pretty cold. When I pay to get transported from one pick up location to another, it is the trasportation company's responsibility to get me there safely and warm. What do you do when one of the locations doesn't shelter you from the harsh weather? Since when is it acceptable to disregard customers' safety? When it gets really cold, it is no longer about comfort! It is a safety issue!! There are so many solutions that the company can implement to resolve this issue, and such a flexiblity will ensure the continuation of the business. E-bus has disappointed me! Customer care center is unresponsive, almost non-existent. Management needs to do better. What happened here is unacceptable and it reflects badly on the company. If the -26 celsius cold was not a factor, this wouldn't have been an issue. Never will e-bus be an option for me and anyone that I know. Merry Christmas.
