N	Nashe S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is always packed, and it’s just very uncomfortable to ride in. The bus I was on broke down right outside of Edmonton and we had to wait for a new one. And most recently the a/c was out in another packed bus. The only reasons I’m giving it two stars instead of one is the driver was very friendly both times and the prices are cheap. Please fix your buses.

Mac, but givin how I see them drive every time I'm on the road, I think I'd rather stick needles in my eyes and drive myself, at least then I wouldn't see the many near misses and horrible driving they do. When I'm almost sideswiped 3 times while being passed (I'm traveling the speed limit) and then cut off with no signal, how can I believe these people have their passengers safety in mind? This was just the latest in a long line of unprofessional incidents.

I called ahead of time to confirm my package as I was notified that it had arrived at this location, the date of this was April, 14th) The person who took my call told me he was going to call me back as he was going to find it, that was fine by me. I waited almost an hour and I called him back, he had informed me that he couldn't find it. I was puzzled by this as the Tracking link said otherwise. I asked him if he could look again, this is what upset me. The staff member said they were short-staffed and gave me handful of excuses not to check and that I should check back on Tuesday (April 19th 2022). I had to remind him that the tracking link said it was scanned in and if he could look again as I really needed to pick this parcel up. He put me on hold, and a few minutes later informed me that he found it. What's upsetting is that he made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him and he was doing me a favor by checking again. I didn't have a choice to utilize this company as the shipping choice was out of my hands. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is poor at best.

He saved me from having to spend the night at Fort Mac, saving me hotel fare and another bus ticket back. Much appreciated, wish I got his name so I can buy him a coffee at the very least
K	Kevin Willford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe how cramped this bus is. They have the seats way to close. I'm not tall and my knees were pressed into the seat in front of me for 5 hrs. I would rather ride in the back with the luggage.

Pros: helpful rep at the call center, $40 one way (instead of $80 with Red Arrow), safe driver, majority of riders were decent, get 1 free ride after purchase of 5. Cons: NO WASHROOM until mid stop in Red Deer, tight double seats in two rows of an old coach bus, if you are big and tall this will be uncomfortable.

Broken windows She showed up from cold lake with all the clothes she had packed.she even had to buy a cheap blanket in smokey lake. Then when she got here. She complained and they gave her a number to call but the customer service only gave her a free ride. UNACCEPTABLE. If you don't need to take the bus. Don't do ut
