★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and non-chalant staff, long wait times, and cold personality by Dr. Gilbertson himself - overall an unwelcoming experience FIND ANOTHER OPTOMETRIST.
Note: Overcharged for parking (every 30minutes) and they force you to use payphones instead of lending their patients one to call for transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gilbertson is one of the few optometrists that really focuses on the "health" aspect of your vision. The difference I've noticed is that your eyes come first, and then, if you want to pick up a set of designer frames from him, you can do that too.There are a lot of places out there where the focus is product and I think that takes away from what's really important. Great experience from a very professional clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic to see Dr. Gilbertson for about 20 years. I had contacts for many years and then went back to glasses about 10 years ago. I have progressive lenses and all of my prescriptions have been exact with both, contacts and glasses. The staff and the doc have been really good to me and pleasant to deal with. I typically get my eyeglass prescription filled at another location but not so sure I am saving any money doing so. Yes you have to pay for parking but it's done inside very close to the office, you just need a payment card and to remember your licence plate number. I will continue to go to see Dr.. Gilbertson for years to come. ?
