I can't remember the ladies name that helped us, but she was a rock star - she talked us through everything and she just knew what she was talking about. Even when the other employee was trying to figure something out, she told him (mid sentence) what he needed to do, and then right back into our work. Never missed a beat. Very pleasant and so knowledgable. It was refreshing to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Whenever my phone contract is up, this is where I go. When I got a new phone, there were not any cases available for me and the employees took my phone number so that they could message me when their shipment came in!

Explained everything to me and taught me a few new things as well. I couldn't be happier with their service!!! This is exactly why I deal with local people, because they care. Thank you chris for a job well done. I would highly recommend going to see these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely trash customer service. I received a warranty phone that has not worked properly since I picked it up. I’m now going on 6 weeks and multiple calls to follow up with zero correspondence on their end. I won’t so much as purchase the screen protector to go on the replacement phone from this place once I get it. Zero chance I’ll return for anything so long as this second warranty phone actually works once it show up in the next decade or so...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase a cell phone case and charger....45 minutes later I left with my stuff. They had internet issues and could not process my order. Not the employees fault but for a dealer that sells cable and phone packages you would think that they would have a system that works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evan was great today. One of the best experiences we have had. Me and my husbsnd upgraded our phones. He got us a great deal on our trade ins, and moved all our data and apps to our new phones. Sense of humor too...can't beat the service we received!!!

They were so kind, and so informative. I was having such an awful day, and they helped me so much. I'm so grateful for good people. I thank you for all of your help, and all of the information today. Everything was really really wonderful. You guys rock, keep up the good work.
