★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked when I walked into the showroom. Alot of good covid protocol for customers entering the showroom which is excellent but 2 workers had no masks on at all and were in the same room as us. 2 meters away but still it is a requirement to wear masks. I was very disappointed.

Their first response was to charge us 25% restocking fee when we weren't entirely clear what we had purchased. Lindsay and the team at Desco Orillia heard our concern and agreed with us nd cancelled the restocking fee. I wanted to let them and readers of these reviews know that we felt understood and appreciated manner in which Lindsay solved our problem.... Great team, thanks!

We have had some delivery issues (thanks in large part to the pandemic) and Lindsay and her team have really come through in a crunch to make things work for us. The prices are great and the service is even better!
