★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought espresso cups. They were damaged. We took them back to have them exchanged/replaced. We were told we would have to pay shipping, which is ridiculous for a manufacturer defect.
Then when they offered to order more cups with their next order, they informed us that they wouldn't order more of this item unless these particular cups were sold (remember they're damaged). So they're openly admitting to selling blantently defective items.
We just got our money back and intend to never shop here again. Be careful buying red Le Creuset espresso cups from here, as they'll be damaged. I would recommend everyone avoid this place as well.
