I honestly have never encountered this level of customer service. Heide is friendly, personable and went out of her way to get me the best policy. Heide treated me like I mattered and was not just another client. I have been raving about her to everyone, and its important to point out she saved me over $100 a month! This woman is wicked brilliant and knows her stuff when it comes to the best policy tailored to the customer.
If you like to keep the money you work for, trust me.

Johnson wouldn’t help me. So after calling around for a different insurance provider, I’m thrilled to say I found a company and an agent that is there to HELP ME! AND, my premium is actually LESS now!! Win-win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently switched our Auto and Home insurance to Allstate with Heide and couldn’t be more satisfied!!! Heide is one in a million as far as her product knowledge and excellent customer service! There’s no 9 to 5 work schedule for her. She’s called us in the evening, she had offered to call us on the weekend even. She spent a great amount of time to provide us with the best coverage and price point, making sure she asked all the right questions and was very detailed in both quotes (Auto/Home). Not only does she have great business ethics, Heide also is very personable. An absolute delight to work with. Definitely will reach out to friends/family and recommend her without hesitation!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share the amazing experience I had dealing with Heidi today February 7th 2022. I was desperate for help after the total loss of my vehicle which was involved in a collision 3 weeks ago. Due to the extenuating circumstances and exacerbation by Covid, I was unable to get the assistance I needed to pick up my replacement vehicle tomorrow. When there was nobody left to talk to in desperation I reached out to Heidi, someone I had never spoken to before. I am a medic off on stress leave who has lost much of his faith in this past year. Heidi dropped everything she was doing and went way above and beyond to help solve my problem. Within a half hour it was all taken care of. I can't explain what an incredible relief it was to have Heidi on my side. I rarely give personal endorsements yet I felt compelled to. Heidi is truly an exceptional, professional, empathetic and wonderful human being. She was an absolute light in the middle of a very dark day. Thank you Heidi from the bottom of my heart.
