When I called to add them all, my lady told me to find another company.. So I cancelled all my policies with them and went to another company who was happy to serve me and take my money.. it's been since march and I have yet to get my money returned. After several calls still no refund. No customer service skills at all... ***This company has been in orillia for many many years. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years up till 2020. Just sad to see a long running company go soo down hill.

I called and emailed multiple times to begin the process of switching all my insurance to a local broker. It took two emails and three phonecalls to reach a person rather than voicemail. I was told that a broker would get back to me within the week, but here I wait, 12 months and multiple call backs later. The excuses I were given range from "on vacation" to "working down the list". At no point has RJI reached out to me. Atrocious customer service.

They take the complications of insurance out of the equation and make things very easy and straightforward.
