A	Amber Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roadside motel, with a cute Victorian room esthetic. Minimal amenities. Friendly staff. They have central air conditioning that is on high the whole time and you cannot turn it off. Since the room was very small it was freezing. I had to put the rug and trash can over the vent to try to suppress the airflow.

They are also pet friendly (we had our hypoallergenic dog with us). Their rate is reasonable and the suites are relatively clean. Some suites have a mini-kitchenette which was handy. My only disappointment is the shower size (I'm a bigger gal and certainly can't bend over and shave my legs in the shower without hanging my head out of the stall) and shower heads don't offer much pressure.

The owners Lawrence and Karen are very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out however they can and going above and beyond when necessary. The location is fantastic right on the side of town with river access and fishing right at our fingertips. I would certainly recommend anyone passing through Grand Forks or staying for a while to stop by the Victorian Motel and Rv Park!
A	Alex V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY clean. Yes, the room and furniture in it are dated. As the motel's name suggested, I was expecting something very old. Instead, we had a great night's sleep in a squeaky clean room with a very clean bathroom. No "old smells" whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi was totally adequate.

Not a nice quiet RV park!!! Very rude HOST HERE.. All the loudness is coming comes from the landlord's back Yard

The rates are unbeatable in this town, and the rooms are spotless! Also, there’s a lovely river right on location to swim and float in , right from the motel!
