After some confusion on check in with the reservation. Park overall is ok. Our site was good with a good view of the river. Washrooms were clean, typical camp washroom. However on our site, don't turn/look the other way. Several sites were a mess with beer cans etc all over, strong sewer smell by the washroom. All kinds of stuff stored around the washroom and laundry building. For the river view from our FW it was a 4/5, the rest of the park was a 2. Even when leaving I had to look ensure trees clearing the top of the FW. The park was ok for the stopover, however it needs some general organization. On another note water pressure was very poor, worst we have ever encountered.

2nd time I was here. 45 a nite , close to Grand Forks and beside the Granby River. I like Grand Forks , it's a nice clean old town with tons of old pioneer atmosphere. The whole district is loaded with minning history . Visit Greenwood , Midway. Google these places as there's too much to tell you about. Midway was the beginning terminus for the Kettle Valley Railroad which ran all the way through the Okanagan and ending up at Hope. The Othello Tunells were for the KVR and the whole railway was a world wide marvel of engineering for its day. Summerland BC still operates a short section of railway with a steam train for tourists. It is all so cool. This whole area is so interesting if you like this kind of thing. Anyway , I've posted most of these pics before. Now you know what they're about.

The Riviera RV Park along side the Kettle River, in Grand Forks British Columbia, offers a welcome respite for the weary traveler or a destination spot for those looking for an accommodating getaway retreat. Their motto at Riviera RV is: Give us a day and you’ll stay a week” and we can believe it. We stayed longer than we intended primarily because the new owners are just so damn accommodating. Flat sites, full hookups, laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, hot showers - and an opportunity to take time out to do some retro style tubing down the Kettle River…what more could one ask of even the most accommodating RV park? We shall return!

I was in the area for work and tented for two weeks and was fortunate to get a spot by the river. I went swimming as often as possible! The bathrooms were clean and showers are $1.00 for 5 minutes. Their laundry facilities were nice too! $2.50 per load for washing and drying and they have a revolving library in the room. They have WiFi isn't that great, but it depends on the time of day that you use it. Monica was very welcoming and just lovely. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

This is a full service RV park. Many of the sites overlook the river and the grounds are nicely treed. Despite this, the sites are mostly gravel, making the spot look dusty and dirty. Owner is friendly and welcoming. The washroom are clean and bright, though one of the two paid showers in the women's washroom wasn't working while we were there. The park is right off the highway which makes it convenient to find but the traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, this is a reasonable spot to stop for the night.

Friendly host. Gave us our choice of 3 or 4 sites. We picked one backing onto the river. River was amazing to swim in. Wish we could have stayed another night.
