★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Ordered winter tires in September, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. When they did not arrive, I e-mailed them and they said that my tires would be sent out the next week as they were due to arrive the following Monday. No problem, I understand there are delays with shipping and manufacturing sometimes, but the tires never actually ended up coming.
I e-mailed them several times with no response. Told them that I would either like a refund or for my tires to be delivered immediately (this is about a month after I ordered the tires). They sent back saying that my purchase had been refunded.... however they never actually refunded my order until I lodged a dispute with PayPal - and even then, they never responded to the dispute which had me waiting even longer. Awful, disappointing service.
