Very clean grounds, not dusty, and facilities well maintained. Helpful staff. We enjoyed the quiet and surprisingly there were no mosquitoes when we were there two weeks ago. We plan to return with friends in a few weeks. New owners are working hard. We like the fact that campfires are extinguished at 11 PM. This will be our destination campground for future family outings!

I stayed at Cascade Cove for 1 week in July with the girlfriend and let me say WE ARE COMING BACK ! This place is awesome. I've read several reviews about the owners being hard on people and rules rules rules, but from my experience these guys were awesome. I like to party with the best of them and have drinks when camping around the fire with friends and family and we had no issues. We met awesome people that were also staying at the campground and we even all sat around the fire for drinks with the people we met to have laughs and share stories! So if you are coming here to party and stay up late with loud music this is not the place for you and you will have nothing but issues. The private beach was awesome (no fires allowed on the beach) but it's a great cove to float and enjoy some sun! Can't wait to be back.

Great Campground, clean, spacious and well cared for. Appreciate the owners hard work and dedication to ensuring you have a great visit. No complaints at all about the park or anyone who works there, everyone we spoke to really enjoyed being in the park and many return every year or have seasonal sites. Some reviews are negative, not sure why as I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the park. Looking forward to returning in 2021.

I have been at the Cove for a number of years. I am more than happy with the new owners. We all have our days. Running a campground is not an easy task. You have to deal with people from all walks of life. The campground is better than it was. Don't judge a book by its cover. I go to enjoy my few days off. The rules set down might seem a bit harsh but at times they are there for a reason. Enjoy you stay.

I didn't have problems with the owners, she is just not overly chatty/friendly. They weren't horrible as we are quiet people and were in bed by 10 each night. What really irritated me was the fact that the sewer connections for each site is in the middle of the next sites camping/eating area. Gross! We were having dinner while the fellow next to us was emptying his black water. Cannot be sanitary. No privacy other than your own trailer. Bring sun shades with sides if you want privacy. It was definitely a quiet campground. Also, if you bring your fur family, We have two elderly labs, both sleep the trip away. one is completely blind. We were told to move the dogs to the dog beach, all good, others were there and they had dogs too... but, there was absolutely NO trail, it was all large boulders and driftwood and poison ivy. I had to basically carry my 80lb blind lab to the "dog area" because she couldn't maneuver the rocks etc. Then to top it off the other pup had a run in with the poison ivy, so itchy for the rest of the trip. It would have been nice to have a path that was cleared to go back and forth. Not to mention my daughter who was 6 months pregnant at the time and had to crawl all over this mess also. I wouldn't recommend this "resort" to anyone. Just not my cup of tea as they say. I Paid my fee and got the heck out.

We were residents at cascade cove since 2015. Great atmosphere, made some great friends. The 2018 year brought new changes with new owners, which we took as an attempt at a positive turn around for the campground. After the campground sold, we were told we couldn't stay over the winter, which was fine. We stayed there for the summer in our RV and left on good terms with the new owners, who told us we are welcome back. We got told about a town meeting & attended the meeting only to observe as to what the future of the campground was. 6 months later on April 25th, we went to the campground to see old friends, and was told to leave within 3 min of arriving. They stated they preferred that we were not there at all & said we stepped on her livelyhood by attending the town meeting we had been told about. Honestly we wish their business the best of luck, But you cant run a campground like a prison. If you don't consider them to be #1, they will shun you.

This used to be my favourite place on earth. This used to be the place for 13 years my family came to get away from chaos and meet with our friends and make unforgettable memories. I made childhood memories when the owners would give the kids free ice cream and setup live music and games for the kids. They used to have the ice cream truck come through and an old firetruck that kids could ride on! Those were the days. It was family run, and you could stay up app night respectfully having a fire minding your own business. Then when they changed owners, everything changed. Now the people who took over are miserable and unfriendly. Wouldn't let my brother in to the campground after they closed the gates by 10pm (and we've camped here our whole life coming and going until 3am sometimes!) They put out your live fire at 11pm abruptly and without words even when your sitting right there! The disrespect my family felt after calling it our getaway for 13 years was painful. Won't go back until it goes back to the good old days and new ownership.

For members and extended periods only. But beware, they won't tell you that. They will literally ignore your first email and send you to voice mail when you call to ask why. My wife went here every year as a child and now that's she's lost her mother they won't take a reservation a month in advance for 3 nights in a tent so we can spend our seven year anniversary giving a beautiful woman the good memory she deserves.
