The UPS Store is a great place to take a stop by for printing and general UPS service's. Ali is so helpful and friendly to his customer's. Don't forget to stop by, you'll be happy!

I’ve had multiple parcels both delivered to this store and held for pickup. All them have been good experiences. I’ve read the other reviews and the poor reviews, those people have a unrealistic expectation of this store when in reality, their problems are with head office processes or the shipper.

Called UPS customer service about a package that they choose not to deliver to the address I gave them.since they don't hold any package in your town they shipped it back to Richmond.When I try to get it back they tell me that I need to contact the company who I purchased the item from in order for them to get it to me.since I cant contact the sender they will keep my package forever and like the helpful lady on the phone said the only thing they will do is be "sorry". UNBELIEVABLE!

I called and spoke with a UPS rep regarding a package I needed to be sent out same day and was told that the latest it could be dropped off was 2pm, so I had the package dropped off at 1pm. Fast forward to now and my tracking info says it will be delayed and the reason is because the label was created and scanned at 3pm, after the 2pm cut off which I specifically called in to ask about and made sure was met. Very unfortunate and I will be thinking twice before coming back to this store.

Have had to do business with this UPS location a couple times now, and so far every single time, the employees/operators seem to be willing to do the bare minimum and nothing else. I can never get them on the phone during business hours, they offer no solutions to any roadblocks we've run into, and most recently, I showed up 3 minutes after closing to pick up a parcel, the gentleman was still standing behind the desk, and he refused to even greet me at the door to hear me out. Maybe not "bad" service but certainly miles away from good or even average service.

It always seems to be an inconvenience for the person behind the counter. Very rude and talks down on costumers as if we are supposed to know all these "rules". Had a package sent to me from Ontario, they won't even deliver it to my place, so had it shipped to this store and the they tell me in a rude way that they sent it back. Now I chose to pick up my package in North Van instead of going back to this store

Super unpleasant experience. I bought a packing envelope and was told I wasn’t allowed to package my items in the store due to high volume of customers. There was no one else in the store. I had to pack my package on the ground outside in the rain.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The WORST Customer Service ever - Didn't scan our package in front of us, and claims the printer is broken so can't give a receipt and just asks you to put the packages on the floor while he sits there and does nothing (This is not specific to this time, this is EVERYTIME we use this store - which we will not again in the future). VERY rude when we asked him to scan the package and give us a receipt (which EVERY UPS store every where else does) and then told us no. We brought in 2 packages to return into the store on the 11th of January. One being a Costco return, the other an Apple return. The Costco return was scanned and delivered, the Apple one says that it has not been scanned and now our $700 return isn't being processed because we a) don't have proof that he scanned it because there is no scan on the UPS tracking details and we have no receipt, and b) the guy that we dealt with is telling us we never brought it in because it wasn't scanned. We will be filing a police report in order to look into this more, as the package is now "missing" and is extremely suspicious. If there is CCTV footage, would happily prove we there with the package if the agent was actually willing to look and not be as lazy as he is all the rest of the time.
